Cancellation Policy
We know plans can change. Here's how cancelling an order works at Galunovirex.
Cancelling Before Shipment
If you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@galunovirex.com and include your order number. As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Personalised or custom-made items, such as products engraved or made with your chosen name, word or text, can only be cancelled before production begins. Once we've started making your item, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Cancelling After Shipment
After your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can still return the items once they arrive, in line with our Refund and Returns Policy.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Changing Your Order
If you'd like to change the style, design, size, item or quantity in your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. If your order hasn't gone into processing yet, we'll do our best to update it for you.
